About the job
OBJECTIVES
-- Bring the brand to life
-- Become a community hub (host events/visitors, DIY sessions, etc.)
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
-Manage store daily (bring energy each day, stoke out shoppers, keep store looking great, replenish ALL inventory regularly)
-Gate open, music playing, set up “freebies” station with rotating items…
-Manage monthly inventory
-Host a minimum of 1 ”community event” per month
-Host additional ad hoc moments throughout the year (e.g. Summer Saturdays, Switchfoot, ”Brown Friday” vs. Black Friday where we’ll have X # of custom items never before available, Halloween, Holiday Parade, etc.)
-Support Marketing team as needed in morning/afternoons + during store down time (e.g. sticker send outs, Influencer box send outs, Local Community outreach, etc.)
