Highway Two is looking to add a Warranty Representative to its team in Aliso Viejo, CA.
The Warranty Rep will be responsible for facilitating all warranties for 6 of our 8 Brands. This position is extremely important as the W.R. deals directly with customers (both end users and dealers), outside sales reps, and brand managers.
The Warranty Rep aims to ensure that company guidelines and procedures are followed in relation to every warranty request while maintaining the confidence of our dealers and partnering brands.
Essential Duties:
• Field and evaluate all requests for warranty on behalf of the following Brands: Selle Royal, Fizik, Brooks, Kask, Abus, Knog.
• Identify/Develop a system to better identify warranty trends and provide a report directly to the brands to be used as feedback on product.
• Maintain constant contact with credit/AR department to ensure quick conflict resolution and order release.
• Create RMA Call Tags should an inside representative make a request.
• Resolve Short Ships and Mis-Ships.
