Highway Two distributes these authentic cycling brands to over 5,000 independent bicycle dealers in the United States and Canada.

The Highway Two Inside Sales Team is a small group of sales and customer service pros, while working along with our outside sales team, focus on servicing North America’s independent bicycle dealers. We are just as passionate about cycling as we are at getting our dealers outfitted with our premium brands. Our goals include generating sales, growing business relationships, providing product knowledge and, obsessive customer service!

Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative at Highway Two is responsible for achieving and surpassing sales and customer service goals for assigned regions thru daily order management, customer relations, and gathering and analyzing information necessary to ensure industry leading customer service for our valued retail partners. Being a self-starter is critical, as this person will work directly with our Sales Management team and other departments to support our go to market strategies for a variety of retail customers.


• Create and nurture strong relationships with retail customers, outside sales representation and end users.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
• Use provided sales tools to analyze territories and develop sales strategies to meet territory goals.
• Manage sales leads and attain outgoing phone call targets as determined by Sales Manager(s).
• Maximize companywide incoming sales opportunities
• Organize and maintain daily detailed customer contact notes and information in CRM system.
• Develop follow up and call back schedule with customers, Outside Sales Representatives and Brand Specialists.
• Increase sales and order size through offering promotional opportunities, up selling, cross selling, substitute/complementary product suggestion and thorough involvement in seasonal programs.
• Obtain and monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate and educate customers on product terminology and technical information as well as the features and benefits of all Highway Two product categories. (Maintaining up-to-date bicycle product knowledge is a must).
• Obtain and monitor current information on all distribution channels for assigned retailers (internet, brick and mortar, catalog).
