Job Description

Incase is in search of a Senior Product Manager to join the team in Downtown LA, California.

General Summary //
Incase is looking for a Product Manager who is responsible for overseeing operational and product development objectives. This includes, but is not limited to defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with procurement, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Duties and Responsibilities //
• Work closely with company Executives to achieve long-term and short-term operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans
• Communicate status of projects to executive team on a weekly basis
• Analyze project team efficiency and proactively manage changes in company priorities, identify issues and mitigate risks
• Oversee expansion of all product development programs
• Manage the planning of timelines, scope, and resources to execute product roadmaps
• Establish deadlines for all departments during the various stages of product development
• Perform competitor and market research making sure Incipio’s product line outshines competitor’s products
• Perform quality assurance before products are released to market, conduct audits/review and report QC results to management
• Procure and source materials in international markets
• Develop and implement new programs as needed
• Negotiate favorable payment terms and pricing with vendors
• Must be self-sufficient and capable of making senior-level decisions without guidance of other executives
• Travel to Hong Kong and China as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum two years’ experience in a Product Manager role
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and successfully
• A keen, flexible and aggressive intellect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and upper management
• Working knowledge of mobile technologies, products and tools preferable
• Flexible hours- some evening/night hours required
