Hot Chilly's has a great opportunity for an experienced Designer to join the team in the legendary coastal town of San Luis Obispo.

Responsibilities include:

Legacy Product Design Evolution

⏵ With input from sales, customers and through market research look for potential product enhancements to Legacy Products themselves, the packaging, hang tags, trims, branding and manner of merchandising.

⏵ Present all design ideas to management group in the form of story boards.

⏵ Take agreed upon design ideas through:
o Technical illustrations with garment specifications.

o Sample(s) review and fit sessions to final garment approval.
o Confirm specs, raw materials and costs for BOM.
o Provide all necessary approvals of colors, prints, thread colors.
o Provide all information needed to put together Tech Pack.

Interface with Freelance Designers

o Final fit approvals.
o Top of production sample approval.
o Any changes to trims, construction or design lines if necessary due to cost, factory issue or some other event that arises after the freelance designer has turned the project over to PAC.
