The function of Sales Service Manager is to provide direct support to the VP, Global Sales, Independent Sales Reps, Fashion Showrooms and International Distributors in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build strong customer relationships to generate new and reorder sales
• Professionally handle all inbound communications via phone and email from wholesale customers ensuring that issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Deliver value to the company through customer conversion, retention, and cross selling of our products
• Drive NuORDER buyer adoption and reorders via weekly email blasts to buyers
• Support outside reps by tending to all rep and customer service needs
• Generate new business leads via NuORDER and other marketing campaigns
• Organize and assist at tradeshows; travel occasionally to regional and national tradeshows / meetings when necessary to support reps and sales management
• Coordinate and prepare samples
• Assist retailers and reps with product purchases by providing the most up to date sales information for their specific distribution channel and providing personal product knowledge
• Maintain communication with Rep and customer regarding order status (i.e. Back Orders, Cancellations and adjustments, credit holds, hold for confirmation, etc.)
• Coordinate and follow up to ensure that all open orders are shipped out on the scheduled ship date and prior to cancel date
• Provide and create return authorizations for warranty and other product issues

Travel requirements:
• Travel as required for attendance at industry related trade shows and trunk shows
