JOB DESCRIPTION
Expansion of EDI connections & messages across North Europe
! Expanding our reach for customers with EDI access & current messages! Monitoring of current connections, ensuring no manual orders & reporting
! Open all messages possible with the customer to increase automation and data shares

! Target to onboard all Strategic & Top Account customers currently without EDI connections! Creation of EDI document to show customers benefits and proven results
! Pitching and reviewing with customers opportunities where possible
! Lead on new integrations and customer set ups

! Operationalizing internally & externally receiving Prebook orders via EDI, reducing the need for manual order keying! Process flow & timeline creation according to GTM & customer requirements
! Roles & responsibilities creation with internal teams on data readiness, post appointment follow up & triggering pricat

! Validating data on EDI online vs offline sales & stock reports! Troubleshooting & resolving where required

! Implement ‘EDI Auto-Replen’ model! Reviewing replenishment orders, making suggestions to Sales of where/which products we can optimise sales

Implement VMI business models across the landscape
! Creation of VMI document with process steps, costs, system integration needs, project timeline & post go live expectations as well as business case results
! Reviewing replenishment orders, making suggestions to Sales of where/which products we can optimise sales through VMI
! Leading customer meetings to ensure system requirements and process are viable
! Support with IT budget pitching & ensuring connections firmly on IT roadmaps
! Business lead on all new integrations merging Business, Customer & IT needs & requirements

Support with Marketplace & Connected Inventory launch and implementation Business models across the landscape
! Set up distribution and logistics processes ensuring clear RACI accountability and ownership with clear communication surrounding new business models an processes
!
Actively take part in the launch of new Marketplaces in relation with the various departments

!
Ensure the merchandising of our Marketplaces in collaboration with internal and external partners in order to optimize sales, opportunities and growth

!
Coordinate the posting of product information and ensure that the data is correct – product catalogue, prices, product descriptions, etc

!
Review of the sites (presentation of the assortment of products, visuals, promotions, availability of products, etc

!
Supervision of Marketplace flows (payments, deliveries, after-sales service, etc.) in relation to the various departments: IT, customer service, transport, logistics, accounting and finance, etc
