As Dockers Allocator, you will be a trusted member of the Dockers Merchandise Planning team to support brand/category E2E strategy.

You will perform product initial allocations to the store level and manage in-season replenishment according to store needs and stock capacities. Your team will be composed of 3 Planners and 2 Allocators and with Sales partners and Inventory Management/Order management partners to increase Sell-out opportunities and minimize risk on inventories in-store and across Distribution Centers. You will have direct contacts with strategic customers, so it requires deep sense of communication and negotiation. You will report to the Dockers Merchandise Planning Manager.

Responsibilities:
! You'll translate seasonal buy plan into orders to stores.
! You'll support the negotiation process of the monthly replenishment budget by highlighting the real needs.
! You'll get the right stock in the right stores based on latest Sell-out trends and customer replenishment budget.
! You'll anticipate any stocks needs by following-up the company's sales and product strategies, the sell-out trends and the seasonal promotional calendar (internal and external).
! You'll support sell-out activation initiatives through budget negotiation and replenishment management aligned to the business purpose.
! You'll update weekly allocation parameters to increase store/door sell-through with an automated replenishment system.
! You'll apply specific parameters for stock build-up for upcoming peak periods/lower trading periods in alignment within in- season trading strategy.
! You'll analyze the outcome of replenishment orders to ensure accurate shipments to store and minimize workload in-store.
! You'll report analysis of orders and fill rate; provide ad hoc reporting needs.
! You'll build store opening orders for new stores.
! You'll visit stores and Customers to gather market intelligence and reflect take outs in replenishment strategy.
About You! You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Retail Management or Business Administration.
! 5 years in a corporate environment is an asset; apparel industry and stock management experience.
! You have technical proficiency with computer software tools.
! You're proficient in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions).
! You have an analytical mindset and you can consider yourself as a problem-solver including the ability to quickly identify effects from consumer, internal, and marketplace information.
! You're used to juggling with different projects simultaneously, being accurate.
! You're fluent in English.
