Produced the world's first jeans in 1873, Levi's is now a global AI-leading company having stores in 110 countries. Our data is now across the entire fashion value chain from design to customer experience (Personalization, Recommendation, AI prediction for Garment produce and delivery, Fashion Forecast, etc.).
A Data Analytics Intern at Levi's Europe will join the data engineering team of the Global AI for Operations. We work together to leverage modern Software Engineering principles and Cloud Services to build robust data solutions for our entire value chain. We hope you appreciate working in autonomous teams, have a hands-on attitude, and believe that no challenge is too big if we have the right support and tools in place. We look forward to an intern who is curious, fast-learning, and fond of challenges. We believe you will enjoy working here if you’re passionate about data.
There will be a possibility to be hired directly by Levi's after the internship.

Be a champion of DevOps mindset and principles, which emphasizes automation, continuous integration, and end-to-end ownership of solutions
!
Engage and collaborate with the Data Science team, and provide data engineering expertise
Your skills and abilities!
You are a team player, solution-driven, keep-fast-learning, and open-minded, with a passion for continuous improvement and automation
!
Basic data engineering knowledge in Python, SQL, Spark, and a range of data management technologies.
!
Basic cloud services knowledge of AWS, Databricks, or GCP
!
Basic experience with version control with Git and Continuous Integration CICD
!
Basic knowledge of Agile way of working and using supporting tools such as JIRA
!
Excellent communication skills in English

6 months (ideally start from April or May 2022)
