As a part of a growing, global data enablement team, you will oversee the European business cluster consisting of North Europe and South Europe. You will identify, procure, and provision data in the domains of product, consumer, and operations. You will develop understanding of how decisions are taken and what data to support them. You will propose recommendations for insights (through reports dashboards) and create data enablement standards, processes, and best practices. This role will report into Global Data Enablement Director.

! Represent data enablement & governance in the entire geographical group, ensuring adoption and adherence to global data enablement procedures and standards
! Address data roadblocks and issues in the region
! Mapping, documenting, and communicating the current data landscape, cataloguing existing data sources, current business intelligence reports, and the analytical and visualization tools used to build them
! Lead collection, documentation and cataloging of operational Indicators and performance metrics for the region
! Identify additional data needs from external sources and liaise to procure contribution data
! Oversee and track usage of common data enablement terms and their role in the global data dictionary
! Gather business intelligence requirements from multiple functions and leaders about their needs, proposing solutions and drafting wireframes and mock-ups for implementation in visualization tools
! Provide data enablement support and recommendations to allow partners achieve their goals, improve insights usage for company priorities such as pricing and promotion, loyalty and personalization, sizing, order fulfillment, and more
! Participate in the creation and use of global templates, processes, workflows, training materials to promote data literacy
! Help establish additional industry standards reporting recommendations, dashboard technologies and analytics tools, performance measurement practices
! Follow the globally-defined set of data enablement policies, recommend partner ownership structure for regional data creation, modification, and usage.
! Make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency through workflow automation and creative service advancements
! Work with partners within one department to align technical solutions with business strategies
! Help measure success of projects and adoption of intelligent insights
! Collaborate across other regions for best practices

About You
! 7+ years of experience in data management, which includes leading data enablement projects, creating and implementing roadmaps, and defining data governance
! Strong knowledge of data governance and data management concepts, approaches, and tools
! Explain value of data governance to both business and technical partners.
! Distill concepts and present to clients.
! Critical thinker who can anticipate roadblocks and address issues before they impact results.
! Comfortable working with a global team, partners, and customers in a change Agile environment
! Extensive working knowledge of analytical and visualization tools. Experience in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
! Minimum 3 years of experience leading data enablement, and strategy, data governance, report/dashboard design
! Experience in retail industry, eCommerce or supply chain related fields.
! Exhibit a passion for AI and data and want to learn and keep pace with the latest innovations and applications
