In this role as the Senior Manager, Ecommerce and DTC Operations, you will have P&L ownership and accountability of the Ecommerce business in Canada (both owned and operated & external pureplay online channel) as well as leading Operations for DTC (both Online and Offline). You will report to Director – DTC, Canada and will work with Canadian leadership team, Global DTC Team, Levi Strauss Americas (LSA) Ecommerce team and cross-functional departments to drive the work.

Responsibilities
!
Strategize & Own Ecommerce business plan and drive P&L focussing on Revenue, Costs and EBIT

!
Drive growth through expansion opportunities across DTC in both Online and Offline channels through space, product and other Revenue generating opportunities 

!
Manage DTC cost structure – 3 PL Fulfilment cost, Store Labor cost, Supplies

!
Analyze consumer needs and competitive offerings to provide direction on best practices and emerging trends to enhance consumer experience

!
Responsible for managing relationship, workflows and process efficiencies with external stakeholders like Pureplay Online partners, 3 PL, Store hiring agency and Vendors

!
Ensure DTC Operations are in line with LS&CO standards and brand building strategy

!
Deliver financial objectives and performance KPIs for Ecommerce like Traffic, Conversion, UPT, AUR and ATV, co-ordinate with pureplay partners to drive financial plan 

!
Grow business through expansion opportunities by shortlisting potential sites, prepare financial case for approvals, monitor construction progress, ensure merchandize availability and operational readiness to open new locations

!
Identify trends and product requirements, evaluate processes, and recommend programs that drive growth in DTC, generate new avenues like Gift cards 

!
Enhance operational capability by deploying new initiatives like Store Business Review, Mystery Shopping Program, OMNI initiatives like Associate Ordering System, consumer Loyalty programs  

!
Collaborate with Global DTC Team and LSA team to roll-out new initiatives. Develop Training content and effective communication platform with stores

!
Ensure proper control of company assets and merchandise through Inventory reconciliation, effective administration of loss prevention, safety, and security programs

!
Monitor and analyze business performance and key initiatives, publish dashboards indicating performance on key indicators with Store’s operational performance and Web analytics including preparation and distribution of website performance reports as required

!
The role requires active partnership with: 
!
Marketing – marketing plan for both online and offline requirements (electronic direct mail, banner ads, PPC, SEO, social media, In-Store and Mall activations)

!
Merchandizing – product performance and recommend merchandising needs

!
Planning & Allocation – promo calendar, inventory levels, replenishment schedules

!
HR - hiring Store Management teams and programs for people development

!
DMs – develop systems and processes to support front end requirements

!
Global DTC – plan and roll-out Global DTC initiatives, also identify Canada DTC specific initiatives and advocate for these to be incorporated in the global roadmap

!
LSA Ecommerce - content management, merchandising and day to day execution of “running the website” and online external wholesale business

Qualifications
!
10+ years of experience with a minimum 3 years of leadership experience in both Ecommerce and Retail

!
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; Master’s degree preferable

!
Analytical thinker and data-oriented decision-making skills to devise and execute strategies 

!
Experience with Ecommerce platform, site design principles, content management tools, functionality, integration with back-end systems and best practices

!
High level of attention to details, accuracy and ability to multi-task as well as manage priorities and deadlines 

!
Ability to communicate clearly (verbal & written) across all levels of the organization with strong time management skills

!
Working knowledge of Google AdWords, analytics, webmaster tools and ability to analyze web statistics and advertising ROI

!
Travel – approximately 20%
