You will work to re-imagine how we operate across Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Operations. You will identify new opportunities for Digital and AI solutions and work to implement them across the business. These opportunities involve everything from incorporating AI and consumer feedback as we develop the concept for a season, designing and prototyping new apparel items virtually, building assortment for a season in a visually compelling way, and maintaining digital assets in a way that showcases the evolution of products from design to selling. You will work closely with the business, alongside Designers, Merchandisers, and Product Developers, as well as collaborating with Product Managers to build new digital solutions to meet the need. You will be joining a growing and dynamic team that is helping to build towards the future of Levi Strauss & Co.™ 

 

About the Job 

!
Manage strategic project deliverables from conception of project charter through to adoption e.g., redefine go to market process, establish / define transformation program operating model choices (process, technology, roles & responsibilities, metrics and org design), conduct current state mapping, define new digital capabilities related to supply chain and planning 

!
Conduct market benchmarking; Understand best practices in digital solutions, AI, and data science in the industry; understand what others are doing in consumer and apparel to inform our approach, roadmap etc. 

!
Support digital go-to-market product roadmaps and how it ties to product vision, key functionalities / features to realize that vision, understanding of key metrics /processes to support that. 

!
Structure and conduct analysis to inform key questions; gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations 

!
Set overall standards and best practices for project management – timelines, templates, model reviews, data needs 

!
Lead discussions involving business partners to help gain consensus on critical questions that arise during initiatives 

!
Develop key PMO materials; own and deliver strategic presentations that guide executive decision-making around core business issues 

!
Pressure test approach and results as check ins with the team 

 

About You 

!
BS/BA degree; MBA preferred 

!
6+ years of experience, including 2-3 years’ experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, or equivalent experience in internal strategy position 

!
Experience in merchandise planning, data analytics, demand forecasting, inventory management, allocation / replenishment and / or financial planning 

!
Experience in Digital and AI based projects 

!
Experience leading transformational projects 

!
Exceptional problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills 

!
Relentlessly resourceful and able to drive projects autonomously 

!
Ability to work in cross-functional teams 

!
Ability to quickly build consensus with stakeholders 

!
Strong communication skills 

!
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; must be able to build templates, use reporting tools/ systems, manipulate large quantities of data to drive business insights and decisions 

!
Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint with ability to craft presentations of key messages and storyline developed from analytical work 

!
Apparel industry experience a plus
