JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for developing and managing operations program for Levi’s® Retail Division within the Operations function. Operations program includes development and implementation of policies and procedures; development and management of operational expense budgets; development and implementation of labor model; support of development and implementation of field incentive program; support of loss prevention program; management of new store openings, remodels and closings; management of store maintenance program; management of external vendor relationships; management of cross- functional partnerships at corporate and field; support of corporate/operational initiatives (e.g., Distribution, IT, marketing); development and implementation of operational training program and approach to share best practices and drive operational improvements in stores.

! Develop and implement policies and procedures.
! Develop and manage operational expense budgets.
! Develop and implement labor model.
! Support loss prevention program.
! Manage new store openings, remodels and closings.
! Manage external vendor relationships (e.g., Supplies).
! Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with key cross-functional partners at corporate and in the field.
! Support corporate/operational initiatives (e.g., Distribution, IT, marketing, legal, HR) by facilitating implementation approach.
! Develop and implement operational training program and approach to share best practices and drive operational improvements in stores.
! Manage store operation (O&O); finance (cash collection & reconciliation), inventory management (stock take, inventory adjustment), HR (sourcing for candidates, arranging for interview, WorkDay management, Payroll verification, headcount planning & budgeting), IT (Promotion setting in POS, Non-sales merchandise inventory tracking), Logistics (stocks delivery & returns planning).

Requirements:
! Degree in Business or Marketing with 5 years of significant experience in Sales and Retail Operations Management
! Strong drive with sound business/commercial acumen skills
! Exemplary planning and execution skills: establish plans, manage and improve process, drive team execution
! Superior analytical skills, proficient with numbers and interpretation
! Good business development and negotiation skills
! High impact communication and influencing skills
! Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
