JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversees and develops the training of the Sales (Service) DOR and directly manages the Team working within the Service Team.

Responsible for On-Boarding and training of new employees within Service DOR including Denim Leadership and product knowledge training.

Partners with store manager on hiring needs and evaluates staff availability and skill set within the Service Team.

Partners with Look leader to identify replenishment opportunities on the sales floor and shares knowledge of the competitive landscape within the market to provide insight and influence merchandising and promotional set-up decisions.

Is a partner to Contribution leader within the hiring process in regards to applications, interviewing, and completing all pre-hire and new hire paperwork.

Responsible for providing feedback to Store Manager regarding Mid Year Reviews and Annual Reviews on Supervisors, and Stylist Team.

Creates development plans for ongoing development (i.e. Denim Leadership, product knowledge, sales generation, etc..)

Implements store Rewards & Recognition Programs and company contests according to district, region, and company direction.

Ensures compliance of store specific LP programs. Conducts ongoing LP training on strategies and policy & procedures.

Organizes CEL tracking and top Stylist Reports weekly and publishes results to team.

Demonstrates effective communication skills to the staff, peers and upper management.

Works collaboratively across all sectors of the Leadership Team.

Effectively problem solves issues to increase productivity, profitability, and overall operation of the store.

Demonstrates the ability to open and close the store following Levis Stores policies and procedures for cash handling, sales audit, inventory and loss prevention.

Will be required to act as the CEL and Support Manager to ensure a seamless customer and employee experience ensuring that sales goals and profitability are met.

Coaches employees on effective ways to improve email capture to ensure goals are met.
