About the Job

We are seeking an Director of Global e-Commerce, Dockers to head the Dockers ecommerce business with full responsibility for the global ecommerce P&L as well as future strategy for this critical channel. This is a key leadership role in the Dockers Direct to Consumer organization and an opportunity to build and shape both a key and rapidly growing area of the Dockers business. This role will report to the VP, Global Retail, eCommerce and Licensing for Dockers. All regional ecommerce leads and global ecommerce functional leads will report into the Global Director, eCommerce.

Responsibilities and Duties:
! Responsible for all Dockers.com sites P&L across US, Europe, Latin America and any future sites
! Responsible for shaping and driving owned ecommerce and DTC omnichannel long term strategy globally
! Oversee the implementation of key ecommerce/digital ecosystem/omnichannel projects – including re-platforming projects, launching new sites, launching new omnichannel capabilities, launching marketplaces, etc.
! Continue to define global ecommerce guidelines / standardization vs areas where localization is helpful, and facilitate best practice sharing across regions
! Lead step change traffic growth to across Dockers.com sites, with focus on attracting qualified target consumers through all marketing channels – email / SMS, natural search, paid media channels, and with a focus on efficient advertising spend
! Lead acquisition for our Dockers membership program and increase frequency of engagement and purchases from our biggest fans
! Lead Dockers.com content strategy on sites and in our digital marketing channels to cohesively highlight 'flagship level' brand and product storytelling
! Ensure ecommerce leads across the globe work closely with site merchants, product merchants and planning teams, drive continued improvement in site conversion, AUR and UPT through the right combination of product storytelling, category diversification and promotions
! In leading the ecommerce operations team, ensure that our customer's end to end interaction with Dockers.com, our brand and our product offering is positive (while also profitable)
! In leading the ecommerce product team, lead the continued development of our sites, including product strategy and delivery of new features and products in Shopify platform and other back-end systems
! Drive monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews for global ecommerce, with emphasis on action plans to drive near and longer-term improvements
! Drive quarterly, annual and long range financial planning for global ecommerce
! Support the development of Dockers "digital pure players" (e.g., Amazon) and brick & mortar retail businesses by collaborating with leads for those channels

About You

E-Commerce expertise:
! Minimum 10 years of E-Commerce experience, with a proven track results in building, scaling, and managing an ecommerce business. International experience advantageous
! Track record of developing winning, customer-centric digital strategies and action plans, with an eye towards the evolving ecommerce landscape
! Strong experience across marketing channels (email/SMS, natural search/SEO, paid media channels) and the uniqueness of digital channels
! Understanding of online customer's behavior and analytics
! Experience across both front end and back-end operations components with deep expertise in at least one of the two areas
! Strong experience with eCommerce platforms/tech stacks broadly, with a preference for prior experience with the Shopify platform and ecosystem
! Apparel or consumer facing brand experience advantageous

! Bachelor's Degree required – specialization in business, or ecommerce preferred
! Seasoned P&L manager - proven ability to drive strong revenue and profit growth in the ecommerce channel
