Levi's is looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to join the Levi's Strauss US/CA Outlet Merchandising team. You will be an important contributor to the North American team and will support the business through weekly promotion execution, data and assortment maintenance, and tools ownership. You are detail-oriented, an effective communicator, product and consumer obsessed, and has a passion for the apparel industry.
About the Job! Create weekly promotional communication for all US Outlet Retail Stores
! Enter product data and maintain data integrity in product management systems
! Create and maintain seasonal line plans and visual line plans
! Support US/Canada merchandising team in assortment work
! Run weekly sales reports for Merchants
! Communicate with third-party vendors for PO issuance and management, UPC transmissions, and delivery tracking
! Key Relationships: Outlet Merchandising Team, DTC Merchandising team, Outlet Planning team, Outlet Allocation team, Store Operations team, US/CA Cluster Merchandising team, Merchandising Operations team and Brand Environment team
About You! Bachelor's degree preferred
! Proficiency in software applications: Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions), Word and PowerPoint
! Preferred Retail Experience
! Solid financial and analytical skills
! Understanding of retail POS (Point of Sale) systems a plus!
