We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to manage best-in-class direct response strategy for Levi.com, app, and stores. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly talented team focused on developing an innovative digital marketing strategy. This role involves the strategy and execution of Levi’s largest performance marketing channel. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong skills in campaign management, execution and strategy. 

About the Job:
!
Manage and support the Google Ads program (Paid Search, Shopping Engines, Display, Video, App)

!
Identify opportunities and execute on campaign management to grow the program

!
Campaign review to ensure proper pacing, KPIs, and QA are met

!
Develop, run, and evaluate tests around keywords, audience, targeting, creative and more

!
Stay up to date on industry trends and ensure best practices are met

!
Manage Ad Ops tasks such as pixel implementation and tracking

!
Report on channel performance on a weekly and monthly cadence, ensuring traffic and revenue growth while maintaining steady return

!
Opportunity to support other channels such as Social and Affiliate marketing

!
Potential to manage 1 direct report depending on experience

About You:
!
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ecommerce environment

!
2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns in Google Ads

!
Strong Google campaign management skillset, including optimization and operations at scale

!
Experience with SA360, Google Editor or other Search management platforms

!
Strong quantitative analytics skills - able to distill down results into actionable next steps

!
Strong project management skills

!
Strong attention to detail

!
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners

!
Direct management experience a plus

!
Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience
