This is a hybrid role so our ideal candidate is located in the Bay Area but there will be flexibility around remote work.
We are looking for a Finance Manager who will bring creativity and a great attitude to our team. It's necessary that you have the desire to help bring our fashion to the future while maintaining the integrity of our brand’s past. You are also someone who can effect change even within a wide range of diversity. In this role, you report into the Senior Director of Brand Finance and will be an essential member of the Brand Finance team. Brand Finance provides global financial reporting, analytics, and decision support for numerous LS&Co. brands across the globe including Levi’s®, Denizen, and Signature. You will be an important financial partner supporting the Global Merchandising, Design and Marketing teams, providing them with financial decision support and ensuring the teams achieve their annual financial goals. You will also be a critical strategic finance business partner supporting a variety of key brand and product growth initiatives working closely with Brand Strategy.
In this role, you will:
!
Provide senior management with monthly financial business reporting and analytics including corporate deliverables for BOD and CEO/CFO/Quarterly Business Review (QBR) requirements.
!
Perform ad-hoc financial modeling, analysis and strategic financial support for Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Planning, Strategy, and Brand Leadership teams.
!
Take a lead role in managing the annual budget setting process for all brand functions and ensure teams spend within their expense budgets throughout the year.
!
Support long range Strategic Business planning (SBP) process modeling out Brand financial projections while identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
!
Lead projects around long-term planning, margin modeling, process improvement, cost-saving initiatives.
!
Present frequently to leadership.
Qualifications:
!
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting
!
6+ years of Finance experience preferably in retail, apparel, or consumer packaged goods industries
!
Experience working with a full P&L is preferred including revenue, margin and operating costs
!
Lead projects toward completion with minimal direction or oversight
!
Present and communicate with senior executives across the organization.
!
Business process knowledge with an improvement mindset
!
Strong PowerPoint skills and Hyperion Essbase experience are a major plus
