Dockers, a Levi Strauss & Company brand, is in rapid growth mode (again!). As a smaller brand within the portfolio, Dockers is able to act like a startup – offering agility, big purviews and growth opportunities – but with the full resources and backing of a thriving company.

We are seeking a Strategy Lead to shape Dockers global strategic vision, set strategic priorities across the brand, lead key initiatives, and ultimately drive long term profitable growth. This role will report directly into the VP, Global Retail, Ecommerce & Licensing who also owns the strategy purview for Dockers. This role will work closely with members of the Dockers Leadership Team across product, marketing, operations, commercial, financial and HR functions and will also support communications with the "Dockers Board" (including the LS&Co. CEO, CFO and CCO).

About the Job
! Update and shape Dockers global strategic vision; ensure that this vision is clearly communicated across the Dockers team and broader LS&Co. organization
! Drive strategic business planning process (long range planning) and key underpinning long term growth opportunities, in coordination with finance lead
! Set annual objectives and key KPIs for the Dockers brand, in line with our strategies and annual financial plan
! Determine top priority cross-functional Dockers initiatives and ensure these initiatives remain on track by managing a lightweight PMO process
! Own and drive 1-2 key strategic projects at any given time – e.g., around geographic expansion, DTC omnichannel growth, global retail capabilities, AI enablement
! Manage Dockers CAPEX budget related to projects / IT
! Support communications in the form of presentations with the "Dockers Board" (including the LS&Co. CEO, CFO and CCO) and the broader set of LS&Co. leaders

About You
! MBA preferred, Bachelor's degree required
! 6 years in strategy-based roles, strategy consulting background 
! Strong experience in consumer goods, with iconic brand and apparel experience 
! Experienced project manager leading initiatives from end to end, with results delivered on time and on budget
! Identifies key growth opportunities and improvement areas – as well as how to best to tackle them
! Responsible for data analysis and distilling key insights from data to drive to highly impactful solutions
! Communicates well and skilled at live presentation 
! Ability to work well with senior level leaders and executives
! Fiscally minded, with strong attention to high ROI solutions and profitable growth
! Consumer first mentality – you put the consumer at the center of all decisions
! Strong cross functional collaborator who works as a member of a team to deliver results
! No ego – you lead with empathy, you hit the ground running as a team player 
! Expert at analytics (e.g., Excel, Tableau), communications (e.g., PowerPoint) and project management tools; advanced analytic capabilities a plus
! Fluent in English
