LS&Co. is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive our delivery of AI-based products for the Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management (MPIM) function as part of project “Trinity”.

You will develop product needs and prioritize feature development based on value to our end users. You should be willing to dive deep when needed, move rapidly with a bias for action, and get things done. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, know how to deliver, and long for the opportunity to build pioneering solutions to challenging problems. You will need to build strong collaboration with data scientists, the business, and data engineering. This role reports to the Director, Product Management.

We are open to working outside of San Francisco.

Job Responsibilities:
! Motivate and inspire the product team and stakeholders to champion the product vision, goals, strategy, and benefits throughout the company
! Drive product roadmap delivery in conjunction with your leader and cross-functional team for all ‘Trinity” AI based products for our various end users
! Manage a dynamic and evolving product backlog – prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and opportunities for your product
! Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure that features are delivered to specifications and drive best outcomes
! Adapt to volatility and maintain delivery schedule through re-prioritization
! Document and enter user stories in Jira and assist in story point analyses
! Analyze our data needs, explore and evaluate multiple options
! Lead interactions with business teams to deeply understand individualized needs, and deliver the best solution to meet those needs, including developing user stories that drive understanding and insights for key data and AI workstreams
! Perform analytics to help improve outcomes that the business is expecting from your product
! Drive adoption of solutions through close partnerships with business teams, understanding barriers or challenges and communicating back to users
! Effectively communicate progress & blockers to team members, product leadership, and stakeholders
! Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing of functional and user facing requirements.
! Query and manipulate large datasets across multiple databases and tables for construction of large datasets as well as analytical exploration and exploratory data analysis
! Develop an understanding of LS&Co. supply chain processes and learn about the applications supporting those processes

Skills & Qualifications:
! Bachelor’s degree in degree in Mathematics, or Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Economics
! 6+ years’ experience in product management, technology and project delivery
! Experience in apparel and / or merchandise planning a plus
! Experience working with, and driving product development across cross-functional teams to implement customer facing solutions
! Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that can quickly evaluate complex issues and break into actionable steps till resolution
! Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
! Knowledge and active application of the following programs:! Advanced Microsoft Excel
! SQL/Athena
! Python
! Tableau or PowerBI
! Jira
! MS Powerpoint
