You will help our Planning teams focus on making smarter, faster, data-driven decisions, by helping the Operations team simplify the complex, and looking for opportunities to create efficiencies throughout the many workflows that inspire the planning organization forward.

About the Job! Assist the Operations team in driving our GTM (Go-To-Market) calendar, supporting regular milestone deliverables, and responding to ad-hoc events.
! Support, and improves upon the analytics forming the backbone of Investment Review processes, working with both Center (global) Planning teams and our Cluster (regional) teams around the world.
! Listen to our business teams and understand their data needs, then works with the Operations team and our cross-functional partners to find solutions.
! Proactively look for opportunities to solve complexity head-on by minimizing duplicative work, automating manual tasks, and streamlining processes.
! Consolidate data from multiple channels and business teams, verifying accuracy, diagnosing/resolving issues, and ensuring overall integrity.
! Partner with our technical teams, data scientists, and product managers, to support our ongoing effort to digitize the merchandise planning role.

About You! Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business, or similar related field.
! 2+ years relevant professional experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting & Data Visualization, or related field.
! You have a strong understanding of planning, inventory management and merchandising practices. Prior experience in the fields of Planning, Inventory Management, or Finance would be advantageous.
! You have advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions), and a solid grasp of SQL and RDBMS practices. Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, and ETL solutions such as SSIS or Alteryx is a plus.
! You have excellent analytical skills and the necessary commercial acumen to draw meaningful conclusions from data.
