JOB DESCRIPTION
The Global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Franchise and real estate lead for Europe is a critical role within the Global DTC organization, reporting directly to the Vice President of Global DTC, Partner Retail, Real Estate and Strategic Accounts. The person in this role will have the opportunity to help shape the strategy of our European and global franchise and retail business across more than +3000 stores worldwide. The position will take charge of all real estate and franchise strategy topics in Europe. They will evaluate investments, lead projects, own change & communication activities and preparation of key analysis, presentations, digital tools as well as facilitate and organize team events and activities globally. Key responsibilities

! Lead real estate strategy in Europe! Shape real estate strategy in Europe for the Levi’s brand
! Map opportunities leveraging digital and physical data sources
! Evaluate investment opportunities in Europe and provide direct feedback and recommendations to global DTC investment board

! Lead European franchise and commissionaire strategies and help shape global direction ! Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive environment across major partner retail markets
! Distinguish key trends and anticipate future movements
! Map current performance of partners across different dimensions (operational efficiency, digital capabilities, brand representation, financials…)
! Help shape global strategy to respond to market evolution

! Lead and facilitate the franchise strategy implementation in Europe  ! Consolidate and share best practices across markets
! Define the vision for a “best in class” franchise strategy to inform strategic business plan (SBP)
! Translate best practices into “playbooks” that can be shared with key partners
! Support regional franchise directors in strategic choices and analysis
! Track results of strategy globally

! Support strategic projects such as strategic acquisitions, partner turnarounds, buybacks…! Support main franchise strategic projects in their implementation
! Examples of such strategic projects include:! Strategic acquisitions
! Mergers of key partners
! Partner turnarounds
! Portfolio review
! Terms and conditions negotiations

! Drive omnichannel strategy roll-out with main partners! Define omnichannel strategy for partners in Europe
! Ensure consistency of digital operations across all stores through an efficient roll-out of omnichannel capabilities with retail partners
! Work closely with omnichannel project leads to implement priority capabilities with key partners
! Drive strategic vision for partners including financial planning and phasing of implementation

! Create and launch tools to support our local teams and partners as needed! Build/Refine and launch franchise tools across key markets and globally
! Improve upon existing processes and tools
! Build digital selling tools in collaboration with our wholesale teams
! Support franchisee sales launch meeting organization

Job requirements

! Master’s in business administration or Advanced Business Economics
! 5-10+ years of relevant experience (retail, franchise, account management, strategy consulting), preferably in an international environment
! Ability to grasp complex issues trough strong analytical skills and to generate strategic recommendations that are future oriented
! Ability to work cross functionally with senior leaders and deliver in changing environments, ensuring a smooth roll out of new capabilities
! Strong organization skills and problem-solving attitude
! Excellent influencing skills and stakeholder management
! Passionate about Retail, Digital and Fashion industry
! Pragmatic and commercially driven
! Experienced in store Mathematics, P&L and KPIs
! Expert in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), open to new tools
! Fluent in English
! Travel: 5-10%
