We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the discovery, design and development of business critical digital planning products.  You will work across a wide spectrum of teams including Operations, Planning, and Merchandising and have a cross functional team of engineering, design and data scientists to build your products. You will lead the industry by re-examining every step of our planning processes through a digital filter whilst ensuring it’s connected to the overarching enterprise digital strategy.  You will operate in a Global role and report to the Director of Digital Product Management for Merchandise Planning.

Responsibilities: 
! Evangelise your product area. Motivate and inspire the product team and stakeholders to champion the product vision, goals, strategy, and benefits throughout the company
! Responsible for working with your partners and cross functional to define outcomes and measurable results for your product (OKR framework). 
! You will have a dedicated squad for your product area which will consist of engineering and design and you will be responsible for setting sprint priorities for the agile team to ensure continuous discovery and delivery against your OKRs.  You will need to inspire trust and provide clarity through user story mapping and refinement so that engineering can build the features.
! Follow design thinking discovery techniques to mitigate risk of solving the wrong problem or building the wrong solution. You will regularly run user interviews, build empathy maps, journey flows and ideate with your users to solve problems. 
! Develop an understanding of LS&Co. Planning processes and learn about the applications supporting those processes today vs what the future needs to look like. 
! Encourage adoption of solutions through close partnerships with business teams, understanding barriers or challenges
! Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to develop and convey strategic decisions
! Work with enterprise architecture to understand where your product sits within the broader eco-system and help define exit strategies for legacy systems.
! Coach junior members of the team through forums such as brown bag sessions. 
! Experiment with ways to improve PM practises and shares those successes and failures with other PMs.

About you: 
! You have an entrepreneurial spirit, love autonomy, know how to deliver, and long for the opportunity to build pioneering solutions to challenging problems for our users.
! 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, e-commerce, management consulting, quantitative analysis, or a similar field
! 3+ years of apparel / retail experience, ideally
! You are able to dive into ambiguous problems spaces with little direction
! You are able to create, maintain, and clearly communicate collateral to support your product strategy
! Experience collaborating with product designers to support in conducting research to identify end-user needs and gaps and demonstrated ability to translate those needs into creative and engaging output
! Interpersonal communication skills with expertise distilling complicated technical topics to a broader audience
! Strong analytical background and data driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings
! Experience working with engineering, design and data science teams to understand our processes and co-develop requirements and develop solutions
! Curious to explore and leverage new technology trends to enhance the product experience
! Ability to ensure team is coordinating and participating in user acceptance testing of functional and user facing requirements
