We are looking for an experienced QA Manager who loves retail and has a passion for delivering high quality software that matches the expectation of our business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
! Set Quality standards for the teams in various new testing technologies in the industry. This may include finding new strategies for automation testing and day to day work
! Defining quality standards and metrics for the current projects.
! Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries.
! Defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle.
! Resolving conflicts among team members.
! Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.
! Seeking feedback from management when and wherever necessary.
! Ensure that the several testing and validation processes are improved continuously.
! Have team meetings at appropriate time to understand & review the current risks and motivate team to resolve the same
! Publish the improvements to all the stakeholders and depict the improvements using data points.
! Work closely with project teams to ensure adequate QA resourcing.
! Work closely with our consulting partners to create a QA resource pipeline.
! Manage QA budget.

Skills & Qualifications:
! Bachelor’s degree in technology field
! 10+ years technology experience
! 7+ years of professional experience in testing retail applications like POS (Xstore) , AOS etc
! 5+ years of testing experience
! Experience testing web applications, iOS and Android applications.
! Exposure and understanding of modern integration tools and standards
! Strong professional experience with SoapUI and/or Postman
! Understanding of modern web architecture using MVC approaches
! Knowledge of Continuous Integration principles and best-practices
! Hands-on experience using at least 1 testing framework
! Working knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services
! Comfort working in an agile and waterfall environments.
! Exposure to bug tracking and task management software such as JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
! Exposure to Github
! Comfort working with remote teams
