About the Job
! Manage product codes to stay within weeks forward coverage targets while maintaining targeted service levels
! Identify and recommend selling approaches for slow moving product considering omni-channel disposition strategies
! Manage pipeline and distribution center inventory through both soft and hard product transitions
! Partner with Merchants, Merchandise Planning, Product Development & Sourcing and Global Supply Management departments to improve processes and develop best practices to the departments for inventory and production planning.
! Develop and interpret a suite of reports that provide accurate quantitative analysis to guide fact-based decision-making by partners to support growth and profitability
! Work on complex issues where analysis of situations requires data and an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
! Represent inventory management as an expert during partner meetings and planning activities
! Consolidate data from multiple sources and formats to create reports (e.g. PD&S placement file updates, monthly Purchase and ad hoc requests), charts and slides from large data-sets
! Manage SAP APO for identified products
About You
! Bachelor's Degree or combination of college education and related work experience may be used as a substitute
! Minimum 2 years of Planning or Supply Chain experience
! Project management abilities with systems knowledge
! Expert knowledge in Word, Excel (can perform complex functions), Outlook and Business Objects
