Beyond Yoga's product development team is growing and looking for a full-time International Wholesale Account Associate
?
What you'll do:
! Provide excellent customer service to all international accounts
! Partner with international sales team to manage and ship the order book on time
! Provide timely and accurate responses to emails from both accounts and sales reps
! Deliver clear and organized communication and information to accounts and reps on order updates, delays, fabric shortages and opportunities
! Carry out all necessary changes to existing orders due to availability, delays, or other issues that may arise
! Partnering with Sales and Accounts Receivable on payment issues (wire transfers, credit holds, etc)
! Acquire proper documentation and approvals prior to issuing returns and credits
! Troubleshoot and research orders and shipping complications with 3PL, DHL, FedEx and other carriers for expedited resolution
! Create RA's and credits for returns and damaged garments
! Review and maintain routing and compliance guidance
! Close coordination with Finance & Accounting team for reporting internally on chargebacks and contesting with accounts as necessary
! Assist sales reps with managing portals for key international accounts
! Assist with any necessary international paperwork and documents including but not limited to commercial invoices, NAFTA and COO
! Assist with account distros on key international accounts
! Provide backup Customer Service support for our wholesale support team members when time permits
Who you are:
! Minimum of 2 years experience as a customer service representative working with accounts outside the US in a wholesale environment
! Exceptional communication and organizational skills
! Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
! Strong experience working in Excel and quick to pick up new software
! Experience with Salesforce, RLM, JOOR, EDI is a plus
