About the Job
We are looking for a solid individual contributor to help the replenishment team to achieve optimal instock, support sales, and achieve on-time/in-full goals in the Walmart Omni US business. You will help the team achieve their goal of driving incremental sales by servicing Walmart Omni with the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Replenishment, and is located in our Bentonville, AR regional sales office, with some flexibility for hybrid work from office/home depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
!
Align replenishment strategies to support internal and external business objectives.
!
Support replenishment and sales team with weekly reporting and recaps on instocks, fill rates, OTIF, and heal dates.
!
Manage weekly order management process utilizing Order Management System (OMS) and NOVA to pull PO detail and approve and release orders internally.
!
Execute Walmart's weekly replenishment PO Line Cancel process through NOVA.
!
Assist with pre-season and in-season replenishment activities and not limited to item setup, item validation, item maintenance submissions, reviewing forecasts and sizing scales, creating initial set orders, and PO tracking.
!
Develop key relationship with internal and external partners.
!
Provide Ad-hoc Analysis/Support
Requirements!
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience
!
2+ years' experience in order management, replenishment, supply chain, or logistics on Walmart or Sam's Club account
!
Proficiency with creating presentations in PowerPoint
!
Advanced Excel skills, especially complex formulas, V-lookups and Pivot tables
!
Experience working with large sets of product data in Excel
!
Demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS&Co
