JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the Job
Key Responsibilities:
! Implement basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting/tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed appearance altering processes.)
! Exemplify and have customer service skills to enhance our clients experience.
! Educate and trains store teams on customer offerings provided by the Tailor Shop.
! Help with responsibilities on the selling floor and fitting room as requested by store management
! Comply with all Levi's® policy and programs
!
Job Requirements:
! Experience with denim industry and current/upcoming trends.
! Understanding of textiles and fabrics with skills in sewing, tailoring and textile repair.
! Awareness of design trends
! Enjoy engaging with clients and store team
