The Mac Support Technician is the main point of contact and overall technical support for all Executives, including our CEO and CFO, based at Levi Strauss & Co's global headquarters in San Francisco. You will be required to work on-site at Levi's Plaza in SF.

About the Job
! Set up, proactively maintain and configure all executive devices (laptops, tablets, mobile phones), which are primarily Apple machines.
! Quickly responds to Executive support requests via phone, email, remote access, or in-person as needed to provide superior support for both office and home systems.
! Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
! Analyze and troubleshoot IT issues and collaborate across IT to escalate and follow-up on complex issues that may not be handled locally. (Both Mac and Windows)
! Be the resident Apple expert providing guidance and training on Mac support to other support team members.
! Work closely with the rest of the IT support team, meeting regularly to manage and proactively improve user experience at the site.
! Test and evaluate new tools and devices.
! Providing offsite support as needed.

About You:

! Experience in supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously
! Adept at working with different personality types and leadership styles
! Excellent communication skills (phone manners, listening skills, and follow-up skills)
! 1+ years of experience working at an Apple Store
! Expert knowledge and experience configuring and troubleshooting Apple devices
! Experience with Windows and Mac desktops and laptops, HP Network and local printers and scanners.
! Experience with Microsoft Office for Mac and Windows 2016, 2019, and Office 365 functionality and troubleshooting basic connectivity issues
! Working knowledge of Service Now for Asset Management and ticketing
! Experience in providing mobile device support
! Apple certifications highly desirable (ACMT) (MIB)
! JAMF experience
! Experience with Video/Audio conferencing systems a plus
! Able to maintain confidentiality and privacy
! Apple and Windows Certifications a plus.
