On the Search for…

The Senior Manager of ESG Reporting will be a key member the LS&CO Controllership team, reporting to the Global Controller.  You're continually looking for ways to help our team become more efficient and effective. A team player at heart, you collaborate across teams, advocate best practices and roll-up your sleeves when needed.  You move quickly while keeping your attention to detail, and you use your problem-solving skills to support our objectives.

About the Job
! Monitor and influence ESG regulatory reporting trends by engaging in external industry/peer company forums
! Proven track record leading global projects with high levels of complexity
! Develop and manage a clear project plan for new ESG reporting requirements, initial process and controls design
! Provide cohesive finance and controllership led recommendations around the ESG data strategy and agreeing the necessary changes with senior stakeholders throughout the organization
! Work cross-functionally to understand and communicate the financial and non-financial risks around ESG issues and opportunities.
! Represent Controllership in internal ESG-related steering committees
! Maintain current knowledge of reporting best practices, ESG business and regulatory trends impacting LS&CO and its vendors, suppliers and customers
! Understand internal control design concepts to assess the effectiveness of existing controls and design new processes for ESG reporting

About You
! Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
! CPA
! 10+ years progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting
! 4+ years' experience from a Big 4 public accounting firm with technical background
! Experience around ESG issues including but not limited to reporting, metrics and due diligence.
! Proven track record leading global projects with high levels of complexity
