Levi's is looking for a Assistant Merchant to join our Global Merchandising team. You will support the Global Collaborations and Licensed Partnership team, helping drive operational processes crucial to the developing best-in-class product collaborations.
About the Job! Data entry and maintenance of seasonal product integrity in product management systems
! Will oversee Sample organization and management
! Contribute to some aspects of Product Development activities
! Conduct administrative work as needed
! Be a conduit of information, materials and samples to internal and external cross-functional teams
! Facilitate and organize product approval processes
! Create and maintain line plans/matrix and communicate plan with key cross-functional business partners
! Track, anticipate, and communicate upcoming go-to-market deliverables for merchandising team across all projects
! Support briefing and tracking of packaging components with marketing partners to support key go-to-market deadlines
! Assist Merchants with preparation of performance reviews, sell-out reports, and presentations for leadership
! Help with targeted consumer and competitor research via market shopping, online trend forecasting platforms, and relevant social media
About You! Bachelor's degree preferred
! Minimum 2 years experience in apparel merchandising
! Strong knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
! Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills across teams and levels
! Passion for product, consumer-obsessed, and globally minded
