We are seeking an Senior Analyst to support the delivery and tracking of our AI and digital product roadmap for the Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management (MPIM) function as part of project “Trinity”. We are looking for someone to bring analytical capabilities alongside a strategic perspective. You will report to the Senior Manager of Digital and AI Strategy, for Merchandise Planning.

About the Job
! Support digital and AI roadmap (for ‘Project Trinity’) delivery with product managers, data science and engineering leads and global business lead
! Manage Trinity project deliverables as required (one-off analysis, dashboard creation, benefit realization measurement, understanding of benchmarks in industry and latest trends)
! Ensure impact by tracking and delivering value, measured in revenue/EBIT growth, cost savings, and uplift / improvement compared to previous approaches
! Understand best practices in AI and data science in the industry; understand what others are doing in consumer and apparel to inform our approach and roadmap.
! Support project delivery end-to-end, from ideation through execution to business implementation (e.g., define new processes, roles and responsibilities, new KPIs etc)
! Understand best practices in AI and data science in the industry; understand what others are doing in consumer and apparel to inform our approach and roadmap.
! Structure and conduct analysis to inform questions; gather and combine relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations – e.g., ongoing Trinity measurement methodology, hypotheses to help inform model development.
! Support AI model development where required – conduct data validation, review model results, develop standard frameworks to guide how other planners work and work with the data science team.
! Help define best practices for Project Trinity – timelines, templates, model reviews, data needs
! Develop PMO materials for Project Trinity
! Establish collaborative and trusting relationships with key team members to ensure that there is free flow of ideas and information across the business, leading to suitable strategy formulation and overall performance enhancement.
! Develop an understanding of LS&Co. supply chain processes and learn about the applications supporting those processes

About You
! BS/BA degree; MBA preferred
! 3 years of work experience, including 1+ years’ experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, or equivalent experience in internal strategy position
! Experience in merchandise planning, data analytics, demand forecasting, inventory management, allocation / replenishment or financial planning
! Experience in Digital and/or AI-based projects
! Experience working on transformational projects
! Ability to balance competing priorities with proven record of delivering results
! You are a team player, can work well cross-functionally and with global counterparts, and are resilient when faced with challenges and ambiguity
! Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create presentations of messages and story-line developed from analytical work
! Advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) required; can build templates, use reporting tools/ systems, manipulate large quantities of data to guide insights and decisions
! Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Power BI is a plus
! Passion for retail and/or apparel
! Apparel industry experience
! Ability to work some flexible hours due to varying time zones and regions
