We are looking for a Brand Experience Manager to join our US/Canada Brand Experience team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail- oriented team player with knowledge of the creative process. Familiar with current design aesthetics and an interest in all things visual is a must. The primary focus of this role is direct support of creative director ensuring oversight of the development process and keeping projects on course towards implementation. This position is half administrative/project management and half creative development and execution. Cross-functional partnerships include Marketing, Commercial Operations, Merchandising and Design, Creative Services as well as Facilities and outside vendors and suppliers. Ability to travel is required as are some holidays and weekends as business needs dictate. 
About the Job 
Administration/Project Management:
! Manage inventories of creative assets
! Manage all graphics process with production and printers
! Maintain organization and storage of prop and sample closets
! Create and edit spreadsheets/documents that support the project management process
! Oversee logistics for all set ups and tear downs
! Record project spending
! Oversee processing of billing and vendor invoices
! Procure and oversee shipping and freight of project assets
! Connect and establish partnerships with cross functional teams
! Manage relationship and all communication with Facilities services 

Creative:
! Learn and develop thorough understanding of the design aesthetic and look and feel of the Levi's brand
! Assist in the conception and execution of design projects under the mentorship of senior creative director
! Leverage prior experience to develop and refine mannequin styling skillset
! Develop Sketch up or other relevant rendering skills to create mock display drawings 
About You! 5+ years' experience in retail, interior design firm, design showroom or similar preferred
! AA or BA in design-related (interior design, visual communications, visual merchandising, exhibit design) preferred.
! Competency in Creative Adobe Suite a plus
! Strong written and verbal communication skills
! Ability to be detail oriented, meet deadlines, and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously
! Experience implementing and maintaining new processes
! Ability to lift and carry small to medium items up to 40 pounds
! Position at times entails prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, bending, and climbing
! Competent in MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
! Sketch-up or related CAD tool experience. Adobe design suite proficient
! Ability to manage multiple projects in different phases. Communication with and manage external stylists, fixture, production and installation vendors. Work with internal merchandising, marketing and Commercial Operations teams to understand project deliverables and manage timelines, samples, budgets and scheduling.
