In the role, you will guide our Mainline and Outlet retail stores and L.com business in Canada to profitable and sustainable growth by creating well-informed distribution plans which result in sales growth by store, category and style while delivering turn and volume goals.
About the Job! Lead the Canada allocation team with ultimate responsibility for all three channels – Mainline, Outlet, and eCommerce
! Promote retail plans: DTC Expansion, new stores and Levi.com growth through inventory allocations and by working with cross-functional team to create sustainable processes
! Communicate with partners on product in-stock status, floor set on-time rates, inventory challenges and store/site related exceptions/concerns
! Provide hindsight input from previous seasons; incorporate in-season knowledge to positively affect buy initiatives
! Partner with planning and merchandising to develop assortment financial plans based on the distribution strategy
! In-season, respond to sku demand insights by door through rigorous size analysis
! Make recommendations on product placement, product consolidation and sell-through opportunities
! Communicate with multiple cross-functional teams, to ensure optimal execution resulting in maximizing store trends and sell-through successes, and minimizing markdown and liability
About You! At least 3 years of experience (preferably in a retail environment)
! Technical proficiency with computer software tools (Microsoft Word, Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, Access, SAS)
