JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose:

The Junior Ecom Pre-Season Planner will act as a trusted member of the Geo Trading team to support brand/category E2E strategy and vision. They will develop a demand plan and provide strong analytical skills to inform the buys for levi.com. They are a key stakeholder in influencing financial target discussions and product assortments. This role will act as a trusted advisor to Merchandising & Sales teams to support its strategy and vision. This position is responsible for working with sales, allocation, and inventory management to translate strategic direction & line productivity expectations to customer.

! OFR (Order Fulfill Rate)

Key Responsibilities:
! Build monthly demand forecast across all business models (O&O, Commissionaire and franchise)
! Review monthly retail demand forecast & reconcile against plans
! Develop bottom-up sales & inventory PC9 plan, delivering to line productivity and informing financial & inventory decisions
! Reflect product performance into distribution strategy following Retail Merchandise assortment download
! Partner with Retail Merchandise to manage product lifecycle and optimize product phasing
! Support Retail Merchandise during franchise partner sell in sessions in order to deliver franchise sell in plans
! Manage reconciliation between bottom-up plans and targets
! Support Retail Trading Manager in Regional S&OP to recommend profitable inventory decisions
! Conduct quantitative analysis and insights to optimize line profitability—monetize new opportunities and identify risks
! Define optimized sizes selection/adoption based on sell thru results
! Visit retail stores to gather market intelligence and reflect key take outs in pre-season trading strategy

Requirements:
! Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Finance
! Minimum of 2 years' work experience in Retail business (preferably in planning or allocation)
! Strong analytical skills to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative data
! Ability to articulate key financial measures, and how they are used in key systems/tools.
! Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
! Ability to problem solve independently & through strong partnerships with regional business partners
! Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
! Ability to excel in an environment without extensive resources and with high ambiguity
! Excellent written and verbal communication skills
! English fluent, written and spoken
! Strong listening and interpersonal skills with focus on collaborative teamwork
! Proven ability to work with diverse teams
