JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary

An Agile Team Coach who embodies an Agile mindset and is passionate about empowering an Agile culture. You have experience providing hands-on coaching, guidance, and support to all members of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) teams. You’ve got experience advising organizations, influencing without authority, and draw on your extensive experience to lead by example, while challenging the status quo and promoting an environment and culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation. You have excellent listening, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills and you use them to help the people and teams you coach reach their highest potential and flourish in a collaborative Agile organization.

Primary Responsibilities
! Advise organizations and Agile teams through their Lean-Agile transformation
! Work with leadership to define strategies for transitioning to Lean-Agile practices
! Lead workshops and training sessions to educate people on Agile values, principles, and practices, especially as these relate to the Scaling Agile Framework (SAFe)
! Work within a SAFe implementation as part of a coaching team and support various team-level roles in preparing and executing Program Increment (PI)
! Mentor and pair with change agents and stakeholders in client organizations to help them become true Lean-Agile champions and build lasting Agile skills
! Work effectively with Executive and Sr. Leadership levels
! Develop Agile processes across a geographically dispersed team.
! Leverage your experience facilitating Lean Value Tree, KPI and/or OKR workshops
! Demonstrate your planning and problem solving skills while enabling product management and delivery teams
! Be well versed with planning, facilitating, coaching, and launching scaled agile initiatives (Agile release trains)
! Configure, manage, and enhance Agile tools including native functionality as well as researching, testing, and implementing plugins
! Create, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the product suite, adhering to LS&Co.’s Policies and Procedures

Requirements
! You have 5+ years of experience with Agile transformations and coaching
! You have a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) 4.0+ certification
! You have experience coaching multiple teams at the same time
! You excel in pragmatic problem-solving, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and helping people communicate effectively
! You have a proactive and empowering nature that makes others want to follow your lead
! You know when to step in and lead and when to step back and let the team determine the best course of action
! You have experience conducting training and developing training materials
