We're looking for a Merchandising Data Analyst to join our merchandising product team based in our European Headquarters in Brussels. You’ll support the team in bringing the latest trends to life for our customers and consumer. You'll oversee pricing set-up, reporting and insights with relevant analysis for our regional product and sales across a diverse omni channel marketplace. As a result, you'll empower the merchandising team with the knowledge and help them build strategies to grow, maximizing the revenue, productivity and brand experience. You will report to the Pricing and Analytics Manager for Europe

ABOUT THE JOB 
! You'll build and provide accurate and insightful reports on a timely and ad hoc basis looking across an omni channel marketplace, to drive business results
! You’ll be building new tools that enable merchants to understand data and facilitate the decision-making process
! You'll be the partner to our merchandising leadership team to provide data insights, present findings and consult on risks and opportunities
! You'll provide quantitative and qualitative consumer insights, monitor competition trends and propose improvements and opportunities to the commercial and brand teams using market-place expertise to seek synergies and help develop several geographical business strategies.
! You'll establish close working relationships with cross functional teams to align on reporting requirements, best data sources and consolidate various inputs
! You'll help the brand team to get an optimal mix of product categories, supporting the brand vision and ensuring financial growth

ABOUT YOU
! You have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Retail Management and or Engineering.
! You have 2-3 years in a corporate environment (apparel industry preferred) – can be internships in the retail or consumer goods industries.
! You are expect in Excel (can write advanced macros) and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Tableau, SQL or PowerBi are a plus.
! You enjoy juggling with data information, having experience handling large datasets
! You are a good communicator and feel comfortable presenting and providing insights to senior leadership
! You like having different projects simultaneously and have a focus on collaborative, diverse and international teamwork.
! You are entrepreneurial and curious, always looking to optimize and explore new territories
! You are fluent in English.
! You are a problem solver and like to simplify complex processes through planning and organization
