Our 10-week Summer Internship Program is the perfect way to gain work experience within the core of the organization, while learning what a career at LS&Co. might have in store for you.

In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, all interns will participate in an intern group project dedicated to a critical business initiative as well as be exposed to all areas of our business and our brands. Leadership seminars and career exploration series connect our interns to our leaders and educate around different career paths. Intern performance will be assessed using out internal review process and could potentially lead to a full-time offer.

This is a paid summer internship. Start date: June 5, 2023. End Date: August 11, 2023

We're looking for a graduate-level Digital Consumer Experience intern to join Levi.com. Our team drives the digital functionality that delivers an intuitive and immersive site experience, from first point of entry to post-purchase. You will work with the team responsible for launching new shopping features and enhancements to assist the customer in the shopping journey. Our goal is to grow direct-to-consumer to at least 55% of revenue in the next four years by achieving 3x growth in Ecommerce. This internship will help you gain meaningful work experience and targeted educational opportunities to develop and get exposure to multiple departments. You'll gain experiences in setting product strategies, creating roadmaps, setting the strategic direction and initiatives for key areas of Levi.com. Upon completion of the internship program, your performance will be evaluated for an opportunity to join the full-time Strategy, Product & Analytics leadership program in 2024.

Responsibilities!
Lead a project(s) and present strategy, findings, and recommendation to the Digital Consumer Experience team: projects will range from early product framing to go-to-market strategy for new or existing business opportunities

Responsible for helping us identify, size, and scope new digital experiences that will improve customer satisfaction, increase AOV, drive repeat purchase rate, and increase purchase frequency

!
Business case preparation: Assessing business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models

!
Developing market and competitor intelligence and understanding of key macro trends and drivers

!
Will require collaboration with many cross-functional partners, including Consumer and Marketplace Insights, User Experience Design, Product Management, Data Science and AI, Analytics, Strategy, and Finance

Requirements!
Currently in your first year of an MBA program.

!
Have experience with financial modeling and/or strategy assessment.

!
Have experience within (or at least a passion for) the eCommerce field.

!
Strong critical thinking, leadership skills, and ability to drive team strategy using macro-level insights.

!
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work through problems independently.

!
Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative with a desire to innovate, invent and disrupt.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $54.00/hour. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
