Key Responsibilities: The Manager of Levi Strauss Amercias Strategy is a key member of the Strategy team which supports our senior leaders on developing and executing key strategic initiatives across our brands & functions within the Americas region. This manager will collaborate with our business leaders to create and facilitate the Strategic Business Planning process, design & execute deployment of the strategy across the organization & own meaningful projects from strategy to implementation. This highly visible position will enable a deep understanding of apparel retail & the LS&Co. corporation. Key Responsibilities: The scope of the role will provide a rich path to tremendous growth & development opportunities including but not limited to: • Partnering with the Americas senior leadership to identify, analyze & accelerate strategies for growth • Collaborating on key strategic initiatives across the LS brand portfolio, the U.S., Canada & LatAm markets & functions • Driving analytics, managing projects & delivering & supporting executive communication / presentations • Assessing the Americas business context across consumers, competitors, categories, channels to update the Americas Strategic Business Plan (3-5 year Plan) • Developing insights & strategic perspective on new opportunities • Understanding & communicating insights on the impact of the competitive industry movements on our business • Supporting Americas leadership team meetings & facilitating communication with senior leaders (within the Region & across the organization) • Collaborating with Finance, Marketing, Merchandising & other Strategy teams throughout the company to develop & execute strategic initiatives Job Requirements: • Minimum of 4-5 years of total work experience with 2-3 years of pre-MBA experience in strategy consulting, corporate development or investment banking with a passion for apparel & consumer categories • MBA preferred but not required • Demonstrated capability to build trust, exercise judgment and communicate on behalf of executive leadership • Self-starter with well-developed interpersonal and influence skills; ability to create strong working relationships across all levels and disciplines in the company, driving progress through influence; ability to interact independently with senior leaders; executive presence, business judgment, and maturity • Effective interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within and the organization including executive leaders • Very strong problem solving skills • Top-notch quantitative and analytical skills; ability to find structure, logic, and insight in complex business problems to provide meaningful conclusions • Ability to structure documents and quantitative analyses to effectively communicate with senior management • Strong project management capabilities with ability to thrive in a project-based, collaborative team environment We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
