The team will guide transformation across multiple processes globally, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-in-class technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future. Job Description: In this role, you will provide HR Generalist support to Global Business Transformation efforts in support of the Enterprise Resource Planning Refresh Program. You will report directly to the Director, Global Human Resource Business Partner and will collaborate with the Business Transformation Office, HR leaders, and colleagues to execute on projects. You are also results-focused, bringing enthusiasm to the team and offering up new ideas and programs. This is a hands-on role where a “getting things done” mindset is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute programs including timelines, helping with the communication plan, project management to ensure delivery. • Project management of all HR activities related to the ERP implementation. • Stakeholder management with COE’s to align associated projects and deliverables. • Support senior HR leaders, coordinate activities within key responsibility areas: performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, talent planning and organizational development. • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual project reports and ad hoc reports. • Monthly headcount reconciliation reviews including accuracy of open roles. • Provide support with logistics, agenda and content design for leadership team meetings. • Oversee Workday-related activities that might include creation of job requisitions and ensuring data integrity. • Track project timelines & coordinating with HR teams globally. This may include tasks related to the international mobile team including; housing support, work authorization details, creating job descriptions for immigration requirements, special bonus payouts.
