In the Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) position, you will align business objectives and talent plans with designated client groups within Global Brands (Levi’s®, Dockers®, Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™ and Denizen®). You will flex from strategic planning to daily support of designated client groups. The Sr. HRBP acts as an employee advocate and change agent. You will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate needs to the business units and seek to develop integrated solutions. You have a “business first, HR second” mindset. You will report directly to the Director, HRBP of Global Brands, and partner with the VP, HRBP of Global Brands & Channels. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the Sr. HR Business Partner to 2 SVPs (Creative & Product) and their leadership teams (~13 VPs), by providing strategic and hands-on team support with daily HR needs • Create, guide and facilitate workforce planning, succession planning and organization structure input to achieve business unit targets and milestones; integrated partner in the talent acquisition process from recruitment through onboarding; encourage building strength through diversity and inclusion • Identify strategies to increase employee engagement through effective communication, policies, and practices • Develop people strategies and create a high-performance culture through talent management, performance management, and leadership development (coach, counsel, career development, disciplinary action) • Build team effectiveness by developing small scale, organizational interventions specific to the unique requirements of the business unit • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs • Inform COEs on business needs and deploy core HR initiatives (annual performance review, engagement, talent planning) to assigned client groups Qualifications/Competencies • Strategic Thinking – anticipate vs react • Drive Results & Action Oriented – ability to identify necessary actions to achieve results • Decision Quality – ability to assess complex situations, take appropriate partnerships and identify resolution. • Communicate Effectively – listen and seek to understand needs • Collaboration – lead with a teamwork mentality, place success of the team above individual success Job Requirements • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources, including global and matrix teams • BA degree required; advanced degree in relevant field preferred • Broad Generalist experience; ideally you've had experience outside of HR • Experience supporting product or creative teams a plus • Some travel may be required We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
