JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently looking for a Demand Planner - Wholesale (French market) based in our European HQ in Diegem, Belgium. This role will act as a trusted advisor to the regional Wholesale teams (Merchants, Sales and Finance) to support wholesale strategy and vision. In this role you will be responsible for working with merchants, sales, customer service and inventory management to implement strategic directions and ensure assortment productivity and profitability. The position is part of a team that's focusing on the planned accounts of the South cluster by applying standard ways of working and following agreed communication paths. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Wholesale Merchants to develop regional category productivity targets (assortment architecture) • Collaborate with Wholesale Sales to validate top-down targets for assigned accounts • Develop bottom-up sales & inventory PC9 plan for assigned accounts • Manage reconciliation between bottom-up plans and targets • Work with inventory management to ensure consistent in-season allocation & replenishment • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and insights to optimize line profitability, monetize new opportunities and identify risks. • Providing input to the development of wholesale planning reporting and analytics activities to ensure account productivity and inventory investment. • Provide recommendation on stock management, markdowns and movements to maximize sales, margins and minimize excess stock Requirements: • 2-3 year experience in a Planning role or equivalent. • Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Be able to translate in qualitative terms quantitative data (in volume and value). • Excellent communications skills in order to convey strategic messages and directions to the various business stakeholders. Be able to build bridges between the 2 sides of the organization (Sales and Operations) • Organized with meticulous attention to detail, ability to prioritize large amounts of work to meet deadlines • Language requirements: Full professional proficiency in English and French (Spanish and/or Italian is a plus) • Must be able to multi-task, be flexible and perform in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with of MS Office (particularly Excel), comfortable learning new software tools and mining internal and external data • Affinity with the Levi's and Dockers brands, values and product Travel: up to 20% - in order to ensure good collaboration and communication with key stakeholders (local sales, finance people and customers) What we offer: • A great opportunity to work for the world’s number one denim brand • Great work experience in an international, energetic and fun environment • A job with a large scope (product, sales, supply, finance, customer service) LOCATIONZaventem, BelgiumFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
