This is an exciting opportunity for a business-minded, analytical individual to play a key role in accelerating the growth of America’s (LSA) retail businesses. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with teams to analyze some of the company’s key growth driving initiatives. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, extrapolating insights and communicating recommendations to the LSA Retail leadership team. Reporting to the Director of Innovation and Experience, the ideal candidate views this analyst role as the start of a rewarding, challenging, and flexible role at Levi Strauss. Key Responsibilities: • Financial and operational analysis of key growth driving initiatives for the America’s retail organization • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to senior leadership around strategic evaluations, proposals and recommendations • Provide on-going support to key stakeholders and cross-functional partners that enable them to meet and exceed organizational objectives • Development and execution of multiple business plans and projects; monitor, report and course correct against milestones and deliverables • Develop proficiency on retail industry, retail innovation and overall market trends • Perform ad hoc analysis and work on special projects • Turn business questions into functional analysis; understand core financial impact in terms of sales, profitability and KPI’s Skills & Qualifications: • BS in Business, Communications or equivalent fields • 2 - 3 years’ experience with emphasis on financial and operational analysis and business performance • Proven analytical skills with the ability to use data to frame, dissect and solve problems and logically “connect the dots”; highly proficient in Excel with the ability to construct detailed financial models • Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with ability to develop presentations based on key insights • Ability to influence all levels of management and cross functional partners • Comfort managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and adapting to a fast-paced environment • Collaborative team player • Retail experience or consumer products experience preferred, passionate about apparel and retail We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
