Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently looking for an E-commerce Data Analyst, based in our European HQ in Diegem, Belgium. In this role you will work closely with different departments and drive this area further to support the business. Responsibilities: Identify Business Needs • Work with eCommerce stakeholders to understand business needs and develop analytical hypotheses • Develop innovative and effective approaches based on business analysis, data analysis, data modeling, statistical analysis and predictive modeling Establish Data Cleanliness • Partner with teams throughout the organization to identify relevant sources of information (primary or secondary data sources, strategic approach…) • Partner with relevant teams to collect new click stream and transactional data and integrate relevant data sources into the existing data warehouse. Build data analysis solutions • Establish and maintain accurate and robust senior management reporting • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets • Conduct exploratory data analysis • Design and execute A/B test experiments, test hypotheses and build models • Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to build, maintain, and improve Levi’s & Dockers databases and CRM • Present actionable strategic and tactical recommendations in easy to understand terms for the business stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or related field • Minimum 6 year work experience with a major eCommerce company, a data driven agency or advertiser • Demonstrate strong competencies on GA360 or Abobe/Omniture analytics as well as working with raw click stream data. • Proven working experience in attribution modeling (through GA360 suite) is big plus • Execution minded analyst including strong tool capabilities (ie: R or Python, SQL, Tableau) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence all levels of management. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment • Collaborative, team player, eager-to-learn • Passionate about apparel, data and eCommerce • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to measure and achieve performance improvements. • Solid personal time management supported by robust attention to details. • Excellent Excel skills. • Fluent in English across both spoken and written communications. • Pro-active in working together and collaborating with multiple internal departments. • Intellectual curiosity for what drives the business What we offer: • Unique opportunity to drive the European eCommerce performance for the Levi’s and Dockers brands. • An outstanding work experience placement in an award winning international, energetic and fun environment. • A work appointment at the world’s number one denim brand working with high caliber, experienced professionals.
