We are looking for a Senior Merchant for Levi’s US Women’s Premium Wholesale to report into our Vice President of Merchandising. About the Job: • Oversee regional product strategy for US Premium Wholesale that meets financial goals • Display understanding of brand aesthetic and commercial application from briefing to sell-in • Use insight to build product segmentation strategies • Collaborate with global merchandising to guide product development to meet the needs of the market place • Accountable for financial metrics to achieve our results • Monitor and create solutions against current business • Understand market share and opportunities to grow and divest • Manage and create line plans and assortments • Communicate with essential cross-functional partners to guide execution • Build and model collaborative, effective, cross-functional relationships About you: • Bachelor’s degree (5+ years combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree) • Minimum 5 years merchandising experience working at an apparel brand • Minimum 2 years experience as a people manager • Experience interpreting data and consumer insight • Exceptional financial knowledge and retail math • Experience working with multiple partners (sales, planning etc.) • Understanding of the current market place and current trends • Understanding of competitive landscape We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
