Reporting to the Manager, Retail Operations, the Retail Operations Specialist supports the needs of the store operations department and executes operations programs for Levi’s® and Dockers® Retail Division. You will be focused on product logistics, including shipment deliveries and the Back of House receiving process. Key Responsibilities • Partners include: Logistics, Allocation, Inventory Control, Loss Prevention and Brand Environment, • Maintain and seek to improve inventory management practices, including: shipment receiving and processing, replenishment, and Back of House organization policies and procedures • Support projects as requested; this may include consulting on current business process, performing elements of the project, developing materials, and supporting launch and stabilization • Analyze programs or ongoing operational activity results, provide important insights and make recommendations for improvements • Support training activities and materials for any operational area as requested • Other ad-hoc tasks as requested • Perform strategic Back of House programs as defined by business leaders, and help communicate requirements with essential partners, maintaining education for field experts, completing communications to stores and updating materials Job Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum five years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree) • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/store operations • Expert knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Passion for customer service • Solid project management experience • Work and communicate with people at all levels within the organization; ability to make successful presentations to individuals/groups at all levels • Passion for analytics and providing solutions • Able work under tight timelines and produce high-quality results in ambiguous situations • Creative team player who enjoys an ever-changing environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate and respond to a diverse population • Comfortable making decisions and enjoys working independently • Knowledge of accounting practices and budgets • Understanding of retail business and retail operations programs • Passion, enthusiasm, and positive outlook with a commitment to high-performance • Up to 20% travel We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
