This profile is the overall Retail Merchandising IT lead for the SOLAR (ERP Transformation) program with in depth knowledge on core merchandising concepts, business process and hands on experience in configuring and implementing in retail merchandising solutions (Oracle, Infor, SAP). We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead who has demonstrated delivery of enterprise scale core merchandising solutions for enabling best in class retail operations. The candidate will be the Retail Core Merchandising IT lead within the LS&Co. ERP Transformation program and should have in depth knowledge on core merchandising concepts, business process and hands on experience in configuring and implementing in retail merchandising solutions (Oracle, Infor, SAP). Key Responsibilities: • Lead a function and delivery efforts for Retail Core Merchandising functions within ERP environment. • Establish and manage a technology roadmap in alignment with business strategy. • Establish strong relationships with business/IT stakeholders. • Manage technical delivery of capabilities of one or more projects in partnership with project managers. • Manage cross functional internal teams and vendor partners. • Adhere to established global IT delivery methodologies and governance processes. • Partner with Domain Architects, Solution Architects and application delivery leads in defining next generation architecture and aligning with architectural standards. • Manages and motivates a small number of individual contributors (direct or matrixed), workload planning, coaching & task allocation • Grow and evolve a highly engaged and functioning team. • Effectively manage and guide delivery or a core merchandising solution to enable best in class operations and management of direct to consumer solutions. Skills and Qualifications: • 15+ Years of overall ERP Experience as an IT Professional. • 10+ Years of experience with retail core merchandising solutions (Oracle, Infor, SAP). • Ability to effectively prioritize, execute and be results oriented in a fast paced environment. • Experience in effectively managing business stakeholders, strategic partners and development teams at onsite & offshore. • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills. • Proven presentation and facilitation skills. • Demonstration of strong influencing skills. • Ability to work with remote teams globally. • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments. • Dynamic Individual who will not shy away from getting hands on in configuration and design and at the same time, manage deliverables depending on the scenario. • Understanding of apparel retailer industry.
