Job Description: • Develop data quality standards and process across all data domains and enhance/modify as needed* • Collaborate with data stewards to design and develop data quality measures and quality standardization, cleansing, and enrichment rules* • Review DQ technical delivery plans and validate the developed data quality rules and sign off on the technical delivery* • Issue resolution on DQ exceptions raised by working with data stewards, system/data owners and the support team* • Identify, prioritize and implement new areas for data enrichment/quality using enterprise data from across the domains as well as external data* • Publish DQ dashboards, conduct DQ operating committee meetings, and manage backlog of identified data quality issues* • Support remediation of prioritized data quality issues* Minimum Education Required: • Bachelor of Engineering/Science/Technology degree, preferably in Computer Science or other Engineering discipline (or equivalent) • MBA is a plus Years and Type of Experience Required: • At least 7 to 10 years of IT experience primarily working with defining and managing enterprise data • Experience in Retail industry is a plus • Expert in Excel/Access based analysis • Highly proficient in MS Excel in creating ad hoc reports, KPI metrics, dashboards etc. • Technically sound in SQL based data mining, profiling and analysis in determining areas to be focused to improve data quality • Knowledge of Enterprise data quality tools like Informatica Data Quality is a plus • Prior working experience of Enterprise Information Management projects including MDM, business analytics etc. • Comfortable in defining, calculating and improving upon KPI definitions and remain a custodian of data dictionary in the respective data domains • Knowledge of Regulatory compliance regarding consumer data, retail systems data etc. is a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: • Configuration and usage of any industry standard data quality tool • Perform data profiling using advanced SQL techniques and the knowledge of enterprise data • Develop DQ dashboard with critical measures of success that is aligned with enterprise data and analytics strategy • Own and publish the DQ dashboard for each data domain on a regular cadence • Excellent Analytical skills and strong attention to detail • Self-motivated with strong leadership and presence We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
