About the Job • Support design team in executing tech packs • Assist in prepping for meeting presentations • CAD designers sketches in illustrator/photoshop for meeting and draw sketches to specification • Execute design process components to achieve or exceed targets for seasonal calendar • Support fit, fabric, finish, sundries, and trim developments • Contribute to the development of seasonal design platforms and concepts About You • Bachelor degree in design or relevant work experience in design or product development. • Minimum of 1-3 years working experience • PC/MAC literacy including Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator • Highly efficient in Flex PLM • Strong working knowledge of garment construction and patternmaking • Ability to create detailed technical garment sketches • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with design department and other cross functional teams • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, and complete them within deadlines • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment • Attentive to detail Perks We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
