JOB DESCRIPTION Levi Strauss & Co Europe is looking for Programmatic Manager to join the Ecommerce Marketing team based in our headquarter in Brussels. You will be working with different stakeholders inside the company (from Europe marketing team to country marketing team) and outside the company, as well as with central and local media agencies, to put in place performance media campaigns based on data & in complete inclusion of DemandGen activities Responsibilities: Implementation • Co-lead with the eCommerce Marketing Director the implementation of strategic projects Planning • Design our mid-funnel investment strategy in close cooperation with the eCommerce Marketing Director • Applies advanced performance media knowledge to build a valuable and relevant audiences strategy. From developing the 1st party data pool to build 2nd party deals with major publishers all over strategic countries in Europe. • Develop a strong and accurate audiences strategy based on onsite metrics & digital media campaigns at country level in close relationship with local agencies and marketing team • Ensure our eCommerce investment fully leverages our brand investment and converts prospects into buyer • Work closely with DemandGen team to build, develop and improve our integrated digital media strategy based on data covering mid & low funnel Execution • Execute & optimize programmatic & paid social media campaigns in close relationship with the agency • Implement strategic media initiatives with some key pan-european ecom players • Coordinate digital media activities between European HQ and countries based on touchpoints approach • Run A/B testing and personalization across our digital media investment in Europe Auditing • Audit the data/cookie pool and develop effective initiative to improve & maintain data quality • Audit the implementation of the tagging strategy and improve & maintain data quality • Audit the naming convention guidelines use and maintain best-in-class taxonomy Reporting • Co-lead with media & analytics agencies valuable and understandable media dashboards and report on full click attribution leveraging GA360 and make media investment recommendations • Be our DoubleClick ambassador across Europe : training session to countries, best practices sharing Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field • Minimum 4 year work experience with a major media agency or a digital advertiser • Demonstrate strong competencies on Doubleclick suite (DBM,DCM,DS), GA360, Doubleclick studio, Abobe/Omniture analytics, Tag management such as Signal & GTM, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe test&target • Proven working experience in attribution modeling (through GA360 suite) is big plus • Proven working experience as Digital Media Manager at performance media agencies side or advertisers side • Execution minded analyst including strong tool capabilities (ie: R or Python, SQL, Tableau) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence all levels of management. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment • Collaborative, team player • Passionate about apparel and eCommerce • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to measure and achieve performance improvements. • Solid personal time management supported by robust attention to details. • Excellent Excel skills. • Fluent in English across both spoken and written communications. • Pro-active in working together and collaborating with multiple internal departments.
